Aged 1 and under. Every weekday 09.30, 12.30, 15.45. Peaceful Time in The Forest Nook at Heartleys by Katie Escape to a haven of calm with our Peaceful Time sessions at Heartleys by Katie, designed for carers and their babies (under 1 year old). Held in the serene and cosy Forest Nook, this 1.5-hour experience offers a tranquil space for you and your little one to relax, bond, and enjoy a moment of serenity together. Session Details • When: Bookable whenever spaces are available (check availability on our website) • Duration: 1.5 hours per session • Cost: £10 per carer and baby pair • Age Group: Babies under 1 year old, accompanied by a carer • Group Size: Limited to 6 carer-baby pairs for an intimate experience • Location: The Forest Nook, Heartleys by Katie. The Forest Nook is a specially designed room to create a peaceful, nurturing environment for you and your baby. These sessions provide a gentle space for bonding, relaxation, and quiet activities tailored to carers and their little ones. With soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a soothing ambiance, The Forest Nook offers a perfect retreat from the everyday hustle. Peaceful Time sessions are bookable as individual 1.5-hour sessions, subject to availability. Limited to only 6 spaces per session. Cancellation Policy
For all our classes, please accompany your child, except after school clubs (Cookery and Craft) and holiday workshops. We have a no shoe policy for the Forest Nook and Enchanted Garden, including adults. THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF BOOKING. Please check that your booking is correct. 1) A Party or Event - You will have been given a set price, and picked the time and day. 2) Play and Rest - In The Enchanted Garden and The Forest Nook. This booking is for one set time, and lasts 1.5 hours. 3) Cooking or Craft - In Katies Kids Kitchen Wednesday: Tiddly Stitch Craft Club - 3.45pm (1.5 hours) Thursday: Little Sprinkles - 10.30am (1 Hour), Pudding Club - 3.45pm (1.5 hours) Fridays: Little Sprinkles - 10.30am (1 Hour), Keener Cooks Club - 3.45pm (1.5 hours) Little Sprinkles runs on a Thursday and Friday, it starts at 10.30am. If you have booked the Thursday sessions you must always come on a Thursday, (the same is true for Friday) as the weekly spaces are allocated to each child. If you have booked a course of 6 sessions in Katies Kids Kitchen please note the following: Course Structure: All clubs are offered as a 6-week course. Individual sessions cannot be booked separately; participation requires enrolment in the full 6-week course. Course Start Dates: Each 6-week course has a specific start date, this is the date you choose at the time of booking. Please make sure your child is available for all 6 weeks, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or substituted after the course ends. Limited Spaces: Each course is limited to a maximum of 8 children, this ensures a personalised, high-quality experience. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a course is full, no additional spaces will be available. Booking Policy for all : After booking you will receive Email confirmation, if you have not received it; a) we have the wrong Email for you, b) it's gone into your Email junk folder,c) the booking didn't go through successfully, you were not charged.
